You can’t expect to emerge from a riptide feeling rested. If you recall, “riptide” was the majority of the energy for January – at least till the eclipse on the 20th of the month. So, feeling a little worn out is normal right about now.
Being caught in a crisis (like a riptide) is also draining emotionally and you may be feeling some of that, too. So…physically and emotionally tired. That’s where we start the month of February. The rest of the month has a lot to do with recovery. What will you do to shift your energy? To revitalize yourself?
Traditionally this time of year, we make promises to ourselves for a happier, healthier new year. This year should be no exception. As I mentioned last month, numerologically we’re in a “3” year following an “11” year. Translated, that means it’s time to reinvent ourselves. Or at the very least change some old, limiting habits.
Whatever is in your purview to shift for this year, vibrancy should be on the list. It’s time to reinvigorate yourself. In fact, if that’s the only thing you do, everything else will shift because of it.
This month offers the energy to spark new life. Start small. Get on your mat and stretch. Step outside once a day and take in the fresh air. The key is to be consistent. In my group coaching program, we’re committing to a daily practice for 90 days. It could be as simple as 5 minutes of meditation. Doing anything consistently builds a habit. A good habit can set all kinds of shifts in motion.
What simple practice are you willing to commit to for 90 days? And what is the outcome you’re hoping to create?
